“The president spent nearly four years promising hard-working Americans they would be able to keep their health insurance under Obamacare and when that turned out not to be the case, I felt it was critical to vote for legislation that would allow health plans currently available on the individual market to continue next year. It is now apparent to most Americans that Obamacare is collapsing under its own weight and I remain hopeful that the Senate will bring this to the floor immediately and ultimately require the president to do the right thing and sign this into law.”
