Luetkemeyer Announces 4th Annual “Valentines for Veterans”

Congressman Blaine Luetkemeyer (MO-03) announced the fourth annual “Valentines for Veterans” program today, asking third district residents to send a kind note thanking our nation’s bravest for their service.

“I’m thrilled to announce my fourth annual ‘Valentines for Veterans’ initiative today. Last year my office received more than 12,000 valentines, brightening the day of local veterans with simple words of gratitude and kindness,” said Congressman Luetkemeyer. “I hope everyone can find a moment to create a valentine for those who bravely served our nation.”

Valentines for Veterans can be dropped off or mailed to Congressman Luetkemeyer’s district offices until Monday, February 11th at 5:00 pm.

Please be sure to read the following rules:

  • Do not sign your last name or include your address.
  • Please do NOT use glitter.
  • Do not address the valentine to a specific person.
  • Do not seal the valentines in individual envelopes.
  • If you are dropping off valentines, please call before you deliver the letters.

*Additionally, please note that all valentines are reviewed by staff for appropriateness prior to distribution.
