Luetkemeyer Announces Winner of the 2019 Congressional Art Competition

Each year, the Congressional Art Competition provides an opportunity for high school artists from the third district of Missouri to demonstrate their talents. This year, the office of Congressman Blaine Luetkemeyer received spectacular entries from 18 students. Today, Congressman Luetkemeyer is happy to announce the winner of the 2019 Congressional Art Competition is Gabrielle Miller, a senior at Fort Zumwalt North High School. Gabrielle will have her work, entitled “Timeless,” displayed along with other winners from congressional districts across the country in the United States Capitol. In addition, Gabrielle will receive airfare to attend a ceremony and reception in Washington, D.C. later this summer. “Congratulations to Gabrielle Miller from O’Fallon! Her artwork is a wonderful representation of one of Missouri’s most iconic landmarks and will be seen by visitors from across the nation,” said Congressman Luetkemeyer.
