“Chairman Powell was tasked with the exceedingly difficult job of steering the Fed and our economy through the pandemic and subsequent economic shutdowns. He performed that task admirably and has proven himself fit for the job. I look forward to working with him as the Fed addresses the record inflation with which families across the country are struggling and to maintain the responsible approach to supervision our economy needs to fully recover,” said Congressman Luetkemeyer.
