Wright City Resident to Testify Before House Small Business Committee Co-Chaired by Luetkemeyer

Mike Mittler, president and co-founder of Mittler Brothers Machining and Tooling in Wright City, is set to testify tomorrow before the U.S. House of Representatives Small Business Committee, which will be co-chaired by U.S. Rep. Blaine Luetkemeyer (MO-3), as part of ongoing efforts to hear from business owners about their successes and how best to improve the economy.
Mike Mittler, president and co-founder of Mittler Brothers Machining and Tooling in Wright City, is set to testify tomorrow before the U.S. House of Representatives Small Business Committee, which will be co-chaired by U.S. Rep. Blaine Luetkemeyer (MO-3), as part of ongoing efforts to hear from business owners about their successes and how best to improve the economy.

Mittler Brothers has been making high-quality metal working equipment since 1980.  The business includes a product line of metalworking and fabrication tools used in auto racing and the aviation market. Additionally, they play a role in engineering, designing, and building special machines to automate industry.

Luetkemeyer invited Mittler to come to Washington and participate in the hearing, titled Made in the USA: Stories of American Manufacturers, which will feature a number of representatives from manufacturers nationwide and highlight the re-emergence and accomplishments of small American manufacturers.

The Congressman is also a cosponsor of a bipartisan resolution honoring the entrepreneurial spirit of small businesses, applauding the milestone achievements of the owners and their employees of small businesses, and recognizing their importance to this nation’s economy.
