WASHINGTON, D.C. –  Today, House Committee on Small Business Ranking Member Blaine Luetkemeyer (MO-03) released the following statement on the Biden Administration's egregious, overreaching small business vaccine mandate announcement.

"As small businesses are facing a daunting holiday season with the Democrat-induced labor shortage crisis, skyrocketing inflation, and supply chain disruptions, the Biden Administration is doubling down on its failed policies with an overreaching vaccine mandate," said Luetkemeyer.

"Let me be clear: Main Street U.S.A. cannot afford increased government overreach as they are already struggling to meet consumer demand and provide for their communities this holiday season. This vaccine mandate digs an even deeper hole for small businesses that are working tirelessly to keep their doors open this winter.”
